Internship Program:
3 months' paid internship with a stipend in the range of 8k -15k per month + incentives on closures (range from 2k - 20000)
High-performing interns will be considered for full-time job offers upon successful completion of the program.
You will work closely with the Higher Business Leaders to identify opportunities, support client acquisition, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
The internship involves:
- Understanding the products and services offered by Unistanz.
- Mentorship from Higher Business Leaders
- Cold calling and identifying potential clients, and strategising for market expansion
- Engaging with existing and new clients to build a long term relationship.
- In-person visits and meetings with our clients and partners
- Generating positive leads.
- Converting leads to actual business.
Qualifications
Potential candidates should be /have:
- Fresh Graduates (BBA, BMS, MBA, MMS, B Tech, B. Com preferred or any graduate with interest in Growth, Market expansion and marketing of software products & services)
- Substantial knowledge of current trends in Technology and Automation would be a plus
- Proactive and self-motivated candidates with a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
