About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Intern (Sales + Marketing) to help drive real business outcomes at ForgeAsh Technologies. This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with the founder on lead generation, outreach, and sales execution.
This is not a passive internship — you will be working on real projects, real clients, and real revenue generation.
Responsibilities- Research and identify colleges, universities, and institutions (target customers)
- Perform outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Generate and qualify leads
- Schedule product demos and meetings
- Assist in sales follow-ups and pipeline management
- Support basic marketing activities (LinkedIn posts, campaigns, outreach)
- Maintain lead tracking sheets and CRM updates

What Success Looks Like- Consistent lead generation every week
- Demo meetings booked
- Active contribution to closing deals
Qualifications- Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)
- Comfortable speaking to people (calls/outreach)
- Self-driven, proactive, and disciplined
- Interest in startups, sales, or business development
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn / email tools is a plus
