Role Description
Growth Intern PANHA
Location: Remote / On-ground (College-based)
Type: Internship (Performance-based)
Compensation: 10% per enrollment (₹10K–₹20K/month potential)
Role Overview
We are hiring Growth Interns to promote PANHA’s Buddy Certification Courseamong psychology students and drive paid enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote the Buddy Program within your college and network
* Create awareness among psychology students about the opportunity
* Execute on-ground and online marketing campaigns
* Build engagement through WhatsApp, Instagram, and student communities
* Drive webinar registrations and convert leads into paid enrollments
Eligibility
* Psychology students or individuals interested in marketing/sales
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Active in college networks or communities
* Self-motivated and target-driven
