This role is not a typical internship. It is a front-row seat to building a fast-growing company.
What You’ll Do (Core Mandate: Drive Growth)
This is a 0 → 1 execution role. You will work directly with the core team and take ownership across multiple growth levers:
📈 Growth & Revenue
- Drive user acquisition across channels
- Experiment with new growth hacks and distribution strategies
- Work on revenue-driving initiatives (campaigns, launches, partnerships)
🤝 Partnerships & Outreach
- Identify and engage with potential partner brands (edtech, schools, communities)
- Execute collaborations and cross-promotions
- Manage outbound communication and deal closures
🎯 Marketing & Content
- Create high-performance ad creatives, landing page content, emails, and WhatsApp campaigns
- Ideate and execute campaigns
- Work on storytelling across social media and performance marketing
🧪 Experimentation & Execution
- Launch experiments weekly (campaigns, funnels, messaging)
- Analyze performance and iterate fast
- Take full ownership of projects from idea → execution → results
