Role Description
This is a full-time remote internship role for a Growth Intern, specifically for students graduating in the 2027/28 batch. As a Growth Intern, you will be responsible for contributing to business growth initiatives through data analysis, communication with prospective clients, and coordination of projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing growth strategies, engaging in sales and business development efforts, conducting market research, and assisting with project management to support cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and identify growth opportunities
- Effective Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Knowledge in Growth Hacking and Sales techniques to drive business expansion
- Project Management skills to effectively coordinate tasks and ensure timely outcomes
- Ability to adapt quickly, be proactive, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree (in progress) in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus
