About the InternshipWe are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates specializing in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Digital Marketing to join us as Growth Interns.
This role is designed to be cross-functional across growth channels, including Performance Marketing, SEO, and emerging areas like Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Interns will work on live projects, collaborate with experts, and build a strong foundation in scalable growth strategies.
Top performers may receive full-time offers based on performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Execution- Assist in planning and executing growth initiatives across channels such as paid media, organic search (SEO), and AI-driven discovery platforms (GEO).
- Support campaign/content execution including ads, landing pages, and search-optimized content.
- Contribute to experiments aimed at improving acquisition, engagement, and conversions.
Data Analysis & Optimization- Analyze performance across channels using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, ad platforms, and product analytics tools.
- Derive insights and support optimization efforts to improve key metrics like traffic, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
- Assist in A/B testing and performance tracking across campaigns and content.
Reporting & Insights- Support creation of dashboards and performance reports for internal and client use.
- Track key growth metrics across paid, organic, and emerging channels.
- Identify trends and opportunities for scaling growth efforts.
