You will collaborate closely with the founders, playing a crucial part in managing inbound sales, converting leads, resolving customer issues, and enhancing the overall customer journey.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries received via calls, WhatsApp, website, and email
- Assess leads and comprehend customer needs
- Present catering solutions and convert prospects into clients
- Address objections and effectively close sales
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high CSAT scores
- Consistently follow up with potential clients
- Monitor daily sales performance and report results to the founders
- Identify obstacles in the sales process and recommend enhancements
- Collaborate internally to guarantee smooth execution for customers
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and uphold CRM data quality
Candidate Requirements
- Educational Background
- BBA / MBA graduates (preferably freshers or recent graduates)
- Preference for candidates from reputed institutions or with strong academic records
Language Requirements (Mandatory)
