Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Intern, based in New Delhi. The Growth Intern will support the development and execution of growth strategies, assist with identifying and pursuing business opportunities, collaborate with various teams to drive sales and project initiatives, and contribute to data-driven decision-making through analysis. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business growth while enhancing process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights for growth strategies.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and articulate ideas clearly.
- Knowledge of Growth Hacking and Sales techniques to optimize strategies and drive revenue effectively.
- Project Management skills to organize, plan, and execute projects efficiently.
- Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic environments and a proactive approach to problem-solving is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is a plus.
