Role Overview:
We're looking for a high-energy Marketing & Growth intern who can think in systems and execute with precision. At Sagepilot, growth isn't a side function — it's core to everything we build. In this role, you'll work on go-to-market strategy, content, campaigns, and demand generation, helping us reach the D2C brands and high-growth startups that need our platform most. You'll get exposure to product marketing, lifecycle campaigns, social strategy, and data-driven attribution. If you're creative, analytical, and obsessed with what makes things grow, this is your seat at the table. High performers will be considered for full-time conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new features and platform expansions
• Create compelling content across formats - blog posts, case studies, email sequences, social posts, video scripts
• Build and manage demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and other relevant channels
• Own the lifecycle marketing calendar: plan, execute, and analyse email and WhatsApp campaigns
• Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs), market segments, and competitive positioning
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop enablement assets — pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards
• Track and report on key growth metrics: traffic, leads, MQL, pipeline contribution, CAC, and LTV
• Run structured experiments on messaging, creative, and channel mix to optimise performance
• Coordinate product launches, webinars, and community events end-to-end
• Monitor the competitive landscape and distil insights into actionable positioning recommendations
Qualifications:
• Fresh graduates or final-year students in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
• Prior internship, project, or freelance experience in marketing, growth, or content preferred
• Strong portfolio of written work or campaign examples is a bonus
• Immediate availability for a full-time internship with minimal external commitments
• Genuine curiosity about AI, SaaS, and the D2C ecosystem
Skills:
• Excellent written communication - you can make technical ideas feel simple and exciting
• Comfort with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, or similar)
• Experience with or strong interest in paid media, SEO, and content marketing
• Ability to think both creatively and analytically - ideas backed by data
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma) for basic asset creation is a plus
• Structured project management - can juggle multiple campaigns without dropping the ball
• Adaptability to rapidly changing priorities in a startup environment
