About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Intern to help us scale Aura — an all-in-one platform replacing multiple business tools.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly on real growth problems, not just assist.
What You’ll Do
- Support outbound efforts (LinkedIn, cold outreach, lead research)
- Assist in creating and testing content (posts, hooks, messaging)
- Help analyze funnel performance (what’s working, what’s not)
- Work on growth experiments (distribution, positioning, campaigns)
- Maintain simple CRM / lead tracking
What We’re Looking For
- Curious and proactive (more important than experience)
- Good written communication (especially for LinkedIn/outreach)
- Basic understanding of startups / SaaS (or willingness to learn fast)
- Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, LinkedIn, etc.
Bonus (Not Required)
- Experience with content creation or personal branding
- Interest in startups, growth, or business ops
