Role Description
As a Growth Intern, you will play a hands-on role in expanding our digital footprint and driving business growth. You will assist in identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, and analyzing performance metrics while collaborating closely with our team to support business expansion initiatives. A major focus of this role will be building our brand presence on LinkedIn and optimizing our outreach processes.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Take full ownership of the Havon.ai LinkedIn page, curating, creating, and publishing 2-3 high-quality posts each week to drive engagement.
Growth & Strategy: Assist in identifying and implementing growth hacking strategies and contributing to our overall sales processes.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, client engagement strategies, and new avenues for expansion.
Project Coordination: Organize, plan, and execute tasks within deadlines while analyzing performance metrics to optimize internal workflows.
Qualifications
Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and leverage data for decision-making.
Effective communication skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly and compellingly.
Familiarity with growth hacking strategies and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Basic understanding of sales processes and B2B client engagement strategies.
Solid project management skills to stay organized and execute tasks within deadlines.
Self-motivated and adaptable with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Bonus: An interest in or experience with AI technology.
