Role Description As a Growth Intern at GrowthPro AI, you will support day-to-day growth initiatives across marketing, sales, and customer success to help expand our customer base and deepen engagement. You will assist with research on prospects and markets, help prepare outreach lists and campaign assets, and track performance metrics across experiments and growth campaigns. You will collaborate with the team to coordinate projects, document processes, and maintain up-to-date data in our tools and dashboards. You will also contribute to the preparation of client-facing materials such as reports, decks, and case studies, and participate in internal meetings to share insights and ideas for new growth experiments. This is a full-time, remote role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including comfort working with data, tracking KPIs, and drawing insights from experiments and campaign performance.
- Effective Communication skills, with clear written and verbal abilities to collaborate across teams and contribute to client-facing materials.
- Demonstrated interest in Growth Hacking, including experimentation, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and creative approaches to customer acquisition.
- Foundational Sales skills, such as prospect research, pipeline support, and assisting with outreach preparation and follow-up.
- Basic Project Management capabilities, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating with team members in a remote environment.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, AI-driven marketing environment and to work independently with guidance.
- Familiarity or interest in SEO, AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity), and B2B or multi-location marketing is a plus.
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Data/Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
