Growth Intern — Founder's Office
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month
Start: Immediate
We're an early-stage startup looking for a Growth Intern who works directly with the founder. This isn't a marketing role. We're not looking for someone to run ads and track impressions. We're looking for someone who finds the channels nobody's talking about yet — and figures out how to make them work.
What you'll do
- Hunt for growth channels that aren't obvious — the ones that actually move revenue, not vanity metrics
- Research, test, and validate new ideas fast — you'll kill 9 out of 10 and double down on the 1 that works
- Use AI tools aggressively for research, outreach, content, automation — whatever gives you an edge
- Work directly with the founder to explore ideas, crack distribution, and figure out what scales
- Think like a founder, not an intern — if something needs doing and no one's assigned it, that's you
Who you are
- 4th year / 2025 passout
- You've already been doing things in college — ran a business, grew a community, sold something, built an audience. Show us what you did, not what you studied
- Hands-on experience growing revenue, users, or traction for something real
- You know your way around AI tools and use them daily — not as a novelty, but as a multiplier
- Strong researcher — you can go from "I know nothing about this market" to "here are 3 ideas worth testing" in a day
- Enterprising and resourceful — you don't wait for a playbook, you write one
- Get-stuff-done attitude — ideas are cheap, execution is everything
This role is NOT for you if
- You think growth = social media posting
- You need a structured program with weekly check-ins and learning modules
- You've never sold, built, or grown anything outside of a classroom
