Growth Intern | Control One
📍 Bengaluru, India (Onsite) | Internship | Recent Graduates
What this internship is:
This isn't a "make decks and sit in meetings" internship. You'll be doing real growth work — reaching out to prospects, supporting partnerships, running research, and helping move deals forward in a fast-moving deep-tech startup.
You'll work directly with the sales and founding team, get exposure to how industrial B2B works, and leave with skills and stories that actually matter. If you're sharp, proactive, and want to learn by doing — this is your room to grow.
What You'll Do:
• Identify and reach out to potential customers — manufacturers, warehouse operators, system integrators — and qualify leads
• Support the sales team with research, outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales collateral for customer meetings
• Map the market — competitors, industry trends, potential partners — and turn it into actionable insights
• Assist in coordinating partnerships, events, and external communications
• Jump in wherever needed — growth at a startup is never one thing
Who We're Looking For:
• Recent graduate — any stream; business, engineering, or anything in between
• Someone who communicates confidently — in person, over email, on a call
• Curious about how industries work — factories, supply chains, automation — even if you're new to it
• Organised, proactive, and doesn't need to be told twice
• Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the idea of figuring things out
• Based in Bengaluru or ready to be here
