At Espalier;
We are seeking an Inside Sales professional who can operate at the intersection of content, strategy, and AI-driven engagement.
This is not a transactional role — it’s a deliberative, consultative outreach function designed to engage C-suite personas in the U.S. market through thoughtful, insight-based communication.
You will represent Espalier.ai’s External Brain Platform, introducing data-driven solutions that enable executives to make better investment and operational decisions.
In parallel, you will contribute to building Espalier.ai’s AI-SDR Product Capability — an internal AI system that automates lead qualification, personalization, and campaign design — ultimately transforming how sales itself is executed.
What You’ll Do
- Lead content-based outreach to C-level decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, and Investment Partners) in the U.S.
- Create and manage multi-touch, insight-driven campaigns using AI-augmented workflows and personalized content.
- Articulate Espalier.ai’s value proposition around Strategy, M&A, Growth, Execution, and Intelligence.
- Position Data APIs and Decision Analytics Applications as differentiated, high-impact offerings for enterprise and private-equity clients.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine messaging and prospect qualification logic.
- Use data tools, automation, and CRM analytics to continuously improve conversion efficiency.
- Participate in developing Espalier’s internal AI-SDR framework — testing prompts, conversation flows, and automation modules for future commercialization.
Ideal Background
- 3–8 years of experience in Inside Sales, Account-based Marketing, or Business Development, preferably in Analytics, SaaS, or Consulting.
- Experience engaging CXOs and senior decision-makers in the U.S. or Europe.
- Strong written communication and storytelling abilities — able to convert complex analytics into executive-level narratives.
- Hands-on familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with curiosity for AI, data science, and B2B tech.
- Comfortable working with teams across time zones; able to overlap with U.S. business hours.
