Grow Your Staff is looking for a Growth Integrator for a US-based AI-driven growth and outbound marketing company focused on helping B2B SaaS businesses scale customer acquisition through automation and data-driven systems. This is a full-time remote position.
The role offers excellent growth opportunities, with direct collaboration with the core team based in the United States.
Experience required: 3-5 years
Time: 5:30 pm - 2:30 am IST (Monday-Friday)
CTC: INR 7-11 LPA

Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage highly personalized, multi-channel B2B outbound campaigns using tools like Clay, Apollo, CRMs, and enrichment platforms.
- Manage lead sourcing, enrichment, and segmentation pipelines for high-quality targeting
- Manage and maintain backend systems for short-term rental (STR) operations, including property management software and integrations.
- Develop and iterate on messaging, targeting, and sequencing to improve campaign performance
- Oversee systems supporting Meta Ads lead intake and ensure proper flow of inbound leads for property-related operations.
- Troubleshoot deliverability issues, inbox health, and domain/email setup problems
- Troubleshoot campaign issues, manage automation workflows, and independently handle support-related tasks
- Collaborate with leadership to align outbound efforts with overall growth objectives
- Act as a proactive operator by identifying gaps, solving problems independently, and improving execution quality
- Build, document, and enforce SOPs across both business functions to ensure process consistency and scalability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound marketing, growth operations, or similar execution-focused roles
- Hands-on experience with Clay, and tools like Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar
- Deep understanding of email deliverability, domain health, inbox warm-up, and campaign performance optimization
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing prospect data workflows
- Experience managing and troubleshooting automation workflows and system-level issues independently
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and optimizing campaign performance metrics
- Proven ability to build, document, and enforce SOPs, ensuring operational consistency and scalability
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
