Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional President at Prep Public Schools. The Regional President will oversee and ensure academic, operational, and financial success for schools across an assigned region. Responsibilities include developing leadership strategies, driving school performance, managing regional budgets, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and policies. The role requires collaboration with school leaders, community stakeholders, and central office staff to achieve shared goals and uphold the mission of Prep Public Schools.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills, including experience in developing teams, coaching, and guiding organizational change.
- Strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to measure outcomes and implement data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders, including school staff, students, and community members.
- Budget management and operational oversight skills to ensure resourceful and efficient regional operations.
- Deep understanding of educational policy, compliance standards, and best practices in K-12 school systems.
- Commitment to advancing equity and a passion for closing achievement gaps in education.
- Master’s degree in education, public administration, business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a leadership role within an educational organization or similar environment is highly desirable.
