🎯 THE ROLE
You own growth end-to-end across all our consumer apps — paid, organic, content, UGC, ASO, lifecycle. No agency in the middle. Direct founder access. Real ownership from day one.

✅ WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• Full mobile app growth — acquisition, activation, retention, monetization
• Paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google (including navigating health ad policies)
• Organic content strategy — social, SEO, creator partnerships, community
• UGC and influencer pipelines that drive real installs
• App Store Optimization across iOS and Android
• High-velocity experimentation — creatives, landing pages, onboarding flows
• Cohort analysis, LTV/CAC modeling, retention curves
• Lifecycle marketing — email, push, SMS, in-app

🙋 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• You've driven 500p+ installs for a consumer mobile app — you have the numbers to prove it
• Fluent in paid marketing on Meta and TikTok, especially within health & wellness
• Strong organic instincts — content, community, creators
• Comfortable in Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar analytics tools
• You think in systems and compounding loops, not one-off campaigns
• Self-starter who thrives without a playbook
