Role Description:
We are hiring a Growth Hacker to take ownership of user acquisition, activation, and early monetization.
This is not a branding role. This is a numbers role.
You will run rapid experiments across channels, optimize funnels, and directly impact product growth.
You will work closely with the founders.
What you'll own:
- Increase active users (not just signups)
- Improve onboarding
- Drive targeted developer acquisition
- Optimize landing pages and docs
- Launch experiments weekly
- Track and improve activation metrics
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify and execute high-ROI acquisition channels
- Optimize signup → API key → first request funnel
- Improve onboarding flow
- Run email activation sequences
- Launch targeted LinkedIn / Twitter / dev community campaigns
- Analyze product usage data and identify drop-offs
- Work with DevRel to launch hackathons and coding challenges
- Build referral or incentive programs
Requirements:
- 2–5 years in growth marketing / startup growth
- Experience scaling early-stage SaaS products
- Strong understanding of developer-focused products
- Comfortable analyzing funnels and metrics
- Experience with performance marketing tools
- Strong execution speed
Bonus Points:
- Experience in AI, SaaS, or API products
- Experience in zero-to-one startup environments
- Built communities or growth loops before
