Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Growth Hacker role located in Ahmedabad. The Growth Hacker will be responsible for developing and executing innovative growth strategies to acquire customers and drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing web analytics, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing conversion rates across marketing channels, and designing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns. Collaboration across marketing, product, and engineering teams will be key to rapidly experiment with new ideas and refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Growth Hacking techniques and Conversion Optimization
- Strong expertise in Web Analytics and data interpretation
- Experience in Marketing and formulating Marketing Strategies
- Creative problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset
- Analytical skills to measure campaign performance and determine ROI
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
