About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Generalist — someone who can work across functions, move fast, and own outcomes rather than just tasks.
This is a hands-on, multidisciplinary role. You'll work across content, design, data, marketing, and partnerships to drive growth for Pristine Forests. You won't be siloed into one function — you'll be the person who identifies what needs to happen next, figures out how to do it, and then actually does it. Think funnels, lifecycle journeys, experimentation, content strategy, analytics, and GTM initiatives — all within the same week.
You'll also occasionally contribute to growth consulting projects across our portfolio ventures, giving you exposure to multiple industries and growth problems beyond a single brand.
This role is ideal for someone 1–3 years into their career who has the curiosity of a generalist, the execution speed of a startup operator, and the analytical instinct to know what's working and what isn't.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation for Pristine Forests.
- Work hands-on across content strategy, social media, email/CRM, partnerships, and paid experiments — not just planning, but doing.
- Design and run experiments: form hypotheses, define success metrics, execute tests, and learn from results.
- Build funnels and lifecycle journeys — map out the user experience from discovery to repeat purchase and implement improvements.
- Set up and maintain dashboards and analytics: define what to track, monitor performance, and translate data into clear next steps.
- Drive brand-led growth initiatives including collaborations, community engagement, and GTM campaigns.
- Create early structures and playbooks — document what works so it can be repeated and scaled.
- Contribute to growth consulting projects across our portfolio: research, strategy, and execution for clients across different industries.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience across growth, marketing, content, or a generalist startup role.
- A multidisciplinary profile — you've worked across functions rather than staying in one lane.
- Comfortable with data: you track what matters, build simple dashboards, and make decisions based on numbers, not just instinct.
- Strong execution speed — you ship fast, iterate, and don't get stuck in analysis paralysis.
- Good writing and communication skills. You can create a content brief, write copy, draft an email flow, and present findings clearly.
- Curious, resourceful, and self-directed. You don't wait to be told what to do.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage environment where priorities shift and you need to figure things out as you go.
What This Role Is Not
- Not a single-channel specialist role (only SEO, only paid ads, only content).
- Not for someone who needs highly structured, predefined tasks every day.
- Not for someone uncomfortable with wearing multiple hats in the same week.
