Growth Expert(Experience:2-4 Years)
About The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Expert who can drive user growth across channels. This role combines paid marketing, content, creator partnerships, and product thinking to improve acquisition, activation, and retention.
You’ll work closely with product, design, and content teams to experiment, optimize, and scale growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain 1:1 relationships with creators
- Identify and onboard creators for collaborations and sponsored campaigns
- Manage and grow social media presence and engagement
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI
- Own the blog/content pipeline (research, coordination, publishing)
- Identify new growth opportunities through audience, keyword, and market research
- Create and test high-performing ad copy, creatives, and landing page ideas
- Run A/B tests across creatives, messaging, and targeting
- Track and analyze performance, sharing actionable insights
- Collaborate with product and design teams to support launches and growth initiatives
- Explore and experiment with new growth channels and strategies
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other platforms
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of ad platforms, targeting, and bidding strategies
- Experience with social media, content, or creator-led growth
- Ability to execute across multiple growth areas (generalist mindset)
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization
- Comfortable working with data and tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) with strong ROI/ROAS
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in creator economy
