Job Type: Full Time

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Work Mode: Fully from office

Work Location: Technopark

Working Hours: UK Shift 12:30PM – 9:30PM / 1:30PM – 10:30PM


Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic individuals for the role of Growth Executive. They will play a pivotal role in our sales department, handling initial enquiries, conducting preliminary assessments, providing suitable service options, and following up through to closure.


Key Responsibilities

• Attend inbound calls, make outbound calls, and respond to enquiries via email

• Book lead meetings, build rapport, and find suitable service/product solutions for client needs

• Articulate value proposition and suggest service solutions to address client pain points

• Utilise CRM systems for lead management, tracking, pipeline management, and follow-ups

• Collaborate with team members to acquire knowledge and improve services

• Manage and be accountable for all lead opportunities from nurturing through to closure

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings

• Ensure client confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations

• Identify opportunities to generate leads and efficiently utilise existing leads

• Upskill across multiple product and service offerings and leverage sales knowledge to create market offerings


Eligibility Criteria

• 2+ years of prior experience in inbound or outbound sales through phone

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written (Strictly Mandatory)

• Strong ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Demonstrated ability to innovate and problem-solve with an analytical mindset

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
