Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Executive (Sales), located in Gurgaon. The Growth Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring franchise and investment partners by managing the sales pipeline, generating leads, conducting pitches, negotiating terms, and closing agreements. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing prospective opportunities, and assisting in the creation of business proposals and expansion strategies in collaboration with teams.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including lead generation, pitching, client acquisition, and negotiation
- Proficiency in business development and expansion strategy formulation
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for managing relationships with stakeholders
- Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, ensure compliance, and maintain detailed records
- Familiarity with franchise management, investor relationship handling, and governance frameworks is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or franchise management preferred
