Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Growth Executive (Sales). The role involves developing and managing sales pipelines to identify and acquire franchise and investment partners. Responsibilities include conducting market research, pitching expansion opportunities to prospective partners, driving negotiations, and supporting closure and agreement execution. The Growth Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and contribute to achieving brand expansion objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management
- Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and partner acquisition
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of franchise models, investor engagement, and agreement documentation is a plus
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment with goal-oriented focus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in growth strategy or sales roles, preferably in the franchise, investment, or consulting industry
