SuperSee is a SaaS platform helping companies improve visibility into team productivity, work patterns, and operational efficiency.
We’re expanding our growth team and looking for smart, ambitious, and communication-driven professionals who want to build a strong career in B2B SaaS sales.
This is not an entry-level or heavily scripted sales role.
We’re looking for candidates who already have some experience in sales, business development, client handling, marketing, recruitment, or related business-facing roles and are comfortable speaking with decision-makers confidently.
You’ll work directly with founders and handle the complete outbound process end-to-end — from researching companies and initiating conversations to conducting demos and converting trials into customers.
What you’ll do:
• Identify and research potential companies
• Reach out through LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Speak with founders, HR teams, and business leaders
• Conduct product demos and presentations
• Handle follow-ups and objections
• Convert trials into paying customers
• Manage and grow your own sales pipeline
Who we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confident and proactive personality
• Ability to think independently and learn quickly
• Execution-focused mindset
• Interest in sales, business, and SaaS products
• MBA / BBA graduates preferred
• Prior experience in sales, business development, marketing, recruitment, or client-facing roles preferred
Prior SaaS / B2B sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
