Role OverviewThis is not a passive, theory-only marketing role. As a Growth Executive, you’ll be building and executing growth systems from Day 1.
You’ll work on:
- Meta Ads campaigns
- Zoho CRM + Interakt workflows
- WhatsApp automation
- Funnel optimization & conversion tracking
- Lead nurturing systems
- Growth dashboards & analytics (CAC, CPL, ROAS)

✅ High-agency individuals with strong execution ability
❌ Not looking for passive workers or “tell me what to do” mindsets.
Eligibility- 0–1 years of experience (Freshers welcome)
- Prior exposure to Growth, CRM, Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, or EdTech preferred
- Strong execution ability will be given higher preference
Location: Remote | Flexible Hours (4–5 hrs/day)
Compensation: ₹15K – ₹40K/month (including performance bonus, negotiable)
