We are a small, ambitious team where every person has real ownership and directly contributes to building the company.
About the Role
We are looking for a D2C Growth & Performance Marketing Executive who can own the complete P&L of our D2C business.
This is not just a performance marketing role.
You will own the commercial performance of the D2C business — including revenue, Meta and Google advertising spends, customer acquisition, CAC, ROAS, AOV, conversion rate, contribution margin and profitability.
You should be someone who genuinely gets excited by Meta Ads, Google Ads, numbers and analysis.
You should enjoy looking at campaign data and asking:
- Why did CAC increase?
- Why did ROAS change?
- Which creative is actually driving conversions?
- Which audience is working?
- Where are customers dropping off?
- What changed from last week?
- What should we test next?
- Where is the next meaningful growth opportunity?
We are looking for someone who does not simply report numbers, but understands the story behind the numbers and converts analysis into action.
What You Will Own1. D2C P&L Ownership
Own the overall performance and profitability of the D2C business, including:
- D2C revenue
- Customer acquisition
- Marketing spends
- CAC
- ROAS
- AOV
- Conversion rate
- Repeat purchases
- Contribution margin
- Overall D2C profitability
You will work closely with the Founders to set monthly and quarterly revenue and profitability targets.
You will not just report numbers.
You will own the numbers.
2. Meta and Google Ads
You will be the primary owner of FarmDidi's Meta and Google advertising engine.
Responsibilities include:
- Own Meta and Google advertising budgets
- Plan and allocate monthly and weekly spends
- Build, manage and optimize campaigns
- Scale winning campaigns
- Identify and fix underperforming campaigns
- Manage CAC and ROAS
- Test audiences, creatives, keywords, placements and campaign structures
- Monitor CPM, CPC, CTR, CVR, CAC and ROAS
- Forecast advertising spends and revenue
- Build performance dashboards and reports
- Identify new opportunities for growth
- Continuously experiment with new campaign formats, tools and strategies
Hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads spends is mandatory.
We are not looking for someone who has only executed campaigns under supervision. We want someone who has genuinely owned budgets and performance.
3. Analytics and Growth
We are looking for someone who is highly analytical and genuinely enjoys analysis.
You should enjoy spending time with campaign, customer and business data to identify patterns, problems and opportunities.
You should naturally ask:
- Why did CAC increase?
- Why did ROAS drop?
- Which creative is winning and why?
- Which audience is converting?
- Which products are driving profitable growth?
- Where are customers dropping off?
- What changed compared to last week or last month?
- What does the data tell us that we are currently missing?
- What should we test next?
Your role is not simply to present data.
Your role is to turn:
Data → Insight → Hypothesis → Experiment → Learning → Scale
4. Content and Creative Strategy
Work closely with the content, creative and brand teams to build content that drives business outcomes.
You will:
- Analyse creative performance
- Identify winning creative themes
- Identify winning hooks and messaging
- Develop creative briefs
- Build a continuous creative testing pipeline
- Identify content opportunities based on customer and campaign data
- Translate performance insights into actionable content requirements
- Work with designers, content creators and video teams
You should be able to look at performance data and tell the content team:
"This is what is working. This is what is not working. Let's create and test multiple variations."
5. SEO and Organic Growth
Work closely with the SEO and content teams to build sustainable organic acquisition.
You will:
- Identify high-intent search opportunities
- Use Google Ads search data to inform SEO strategy
- Identify content gaps and opportunities
- Improve organic acquisition
- Analyse paid vs organic acquisition
- Identify opportunities to reduce long-term dependency on paid acquisition
6. Shopify and CRO
Work closely with our Shopify developers to improve the D2C funnel.
You will identify and prioritize:
- Landing page improvements
- Product page improvements
- Checkout improvements
- Conversion tracking issues
- Pixel and analytics issues
- Page speed improvements
- Funnel drop-offs
- CRO opportunities
- A/B testing opportunities
You don't need to be a developer.
But you should be able to clearly communicate:
What is the problem? Why does it matter commercially? What should we fix or test?
7. Team Management
You will work with and eventually manage members of the growth and performance marketing team.
You should be comfortable with:
- Setting goals
- Delegating responsibilities
- Reviewing performance
- Coaching team members
- Building SOPs
- Creating accountability
- Hiring and training talent
- Building a culture of experimentation and performance
Prior experience managing or mentoring a team is strongly preferred.

The Person We Are Looking For
You should be:
Highly analytical
Numbers should excite you. You enjoy digging into dashboards, spreadsheets and campaign data to find patterns, anomalies and opportunities.
Curious
You don't simply accept that performance changed. You want to understand why.
Commercially minded
You understand that revenue without healthy contribution margins is not sustainable growth.
Hands-on
You are comfortable getting into Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads yourself.
Experiment-driven
You form hypotheses, test quickly, analyse the results and scale what works.
Detail-oriented
You notice when a metric moves unexpectedly and investigate it.
Ownership-driven
You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do. You identify problems and take responsibility for solving them.
Fast-moving
You believe insights should quickly become experiments and experiments should quickly generate learning.
Collaborative
You can work effectively with Founders, content, creative, SEO, Shopify developers and other teams.
A team leader
You can manage, coach and develop people while maintaining high standards.
Always learning
You actively follow the latest developments in Meta, Google, AI, D2C, CRO and performance marketing.
Most importantly, you should genuinely enjoy Meta Ads, Google Ads, numbers and analysis.
If finding a new creative angle, identifying why CAC moved, improving ROAS or discovering a new growth lever genuinely excites you, you will enjoy this role.
How We Will Measure Success
Your success will be measured by business outcomes, not by the number of campaigns launched.
You will be accountable for:
- D2C Revenue Growth
- CAC
- ROAS
- Contribution Margin
- New Customer Acquisition
- AOV
- Conversion Rate
- Repeat Purchase Rate
- Organic Revenue Growth

- Own a meaningful business P&L
- Build the growth engine of a rapidly growing consumer brand
- Work across Performance Marketing, Content, SEO, Shopify, CRO and Business Strategy
