Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Executive located in Gurgaon. In this role, the Growth Executive will be responsible for managing lead generation, pitching brand opportunities to potential partners, and supporting negotiations through to agreement closure. Additional responsibilities include coordinating partner acquisition pipelines, implementing strategic expansion plans, conducting market research, and maintaining compliance documentation. The role also involves regular reporting, pipeline tracking, and ensuring seamless alignment across all stakeholders to achieve planned growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, Partner Acquisition, and Investor Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Negotiation, Documentation Analysis, and Compliance Coordination
- Ability to develop Expansion Strategies, Blueprint Design, and Territory Planning
- Effective Communication Skills, both written and verbal, for pitching, presentations, and stakeholder alignment
- Understanding of Market Research, ROI Frameworks, and Opportunity Packaging
- Experience with Governance Reporting, Performance Tracking, and Escalation Mechanisms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in franchise development or business growth planning is a plus
