Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Growth Executive to lead early-stage customer acquisition for our checkout product.

This role combines business development, outbound sales, and growth execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys building from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to D2C brands, e-commerce sellers, and SMEs
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, WhatsApp, and email campaigns
  • Clearly pitch and position our checkout product
  • Support onboarding of new merchants
  • Maintain and update daily pipeline consistently
  • Work closely with Growth & Partnerships for execution
  • Gather market feedback and share actionable insights
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Hustler mindset with comfort in outbound targets
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce or payments ecosystem (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • High ownership and willingness to learn quickly
Good to Have
  • Experience in SaaS / Fintech sales or business development
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Razorpay, Stripe, etc.
