Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Growth Executive to support expansion by onboarding residential societies and coordinating on-ground growth activities.
Key Responsibilities:
·Onboard new residential societies and build relationships with RWA/AOA presidents and committees.
· Take permissions for EV cart placements and BTL activities in societies.
· Maintain and create a database of societies and contacts.
· Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth execution.
· Support pricing strategy and sourcing rate optimization.
Requirements:
· Graduate in any discipline (Freshers can apply).
· Strong communication and coordination skills.
· Comfortable with field work and stakeholder interaction.
· Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets preferred.
