Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Executive, based in Uttar Pradesh, India. As a Growth Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving user acquisition. You will analyze market trends, develop growth strategies, and collaborate closely with internal teams to implement initiatives. The role also requires monitoring metrics, generating reports, and working on innovative ways to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Communication and relationship-building skills for engaging with partners, stakeholders, and customers
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with knowledge of strategic planning and execution
- Proficiency in reporting tools and basic data analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve organizational goals
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in local languages is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; prior experience in the e-commerce or startup sector is a plus
