Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer Growth Executive to join our dynamic hospitality tech team. The ideal candidate will manage hotel reservations through our platforms, coordinate with hotel partners, and ensure a seamless booking experience for guests. This role suits individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering excellent service in the travel and hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage hotel reservations through The Hotelmate platform.
· Handle enquiries from various sources for room bookings and coordinate with hotel staff and guests to confirm bookings, modifications, or cancellations.
· Work toward monthly targets and ensure timely achievement.
· Resolve booking-related issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date booking records.
· Assist in onboarding and training hotel partners on our reservation system.Conduct field visits to client locations for support, relationship building, and troubleshooting.
· Cross-sell additional hospitality tech products (POS, PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine) during client interactions.
· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance revenue.
Work Schedule & Shifts
- If you work on Sundays or public holidays, you will get a day off in return.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in hospitality or travel reservations.
- Freshers with relevant skills or training are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), booking engines, or channel managers is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
