Job Title - Growth Execution Specialist
Employment Type: Full time
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilies -
1. Content Distribution and Growth
Push content across WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, email, and other channels
Ensure maximum reach, engagement, and lead generation
Coordinate with video/content team for timely uploads and repurposing
Track performance and improve distribution strategy
2.Webinar Execution
Plan and execute webinars end-to-end (landing pages, reminders, attendance, follow-ups)
Coordinate with sales team for lead handling and conversions
Manage tools like Zoom, CRM, automation workflows
Ensure high show-up rates and smooth execution
3.Seminar / Offline Event Coordination
Execute offline seminars/workshops (venue coordination, logistics, registrations)
Ensure smooth on-ground experience
Handle attendee flow and support sales team during events
4. Operations and Automation
Set up and manage CRM workflows, lead tracking, and follow-ups
Improve systems to reduce manual work and increase efficiency
Work closely with marketing and sales teams

Highly execution-oriented (no overthinking, only doing)
Strong ownership mindset
Experience in webinars, events, or digital marketing operations
Basic understanding of funnels, lead generation, and conversions
Comfortable with tools (Zoom, Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp automation)
