The Role
We're looking for a Channel Builder to engineer Arkahub's growth engine from the ground up: identifying the right bets, activating them fast, proving what works, and handing over a playbook the business can scale. Channels will span tradesmen, building material dealers, interior designers, real estate brokers, and beyond. Not a role for someone who inherits a system. For someone who builds one.
What You'll Do
- Identify and prioritise partner channels; run 1 - 2 structured experiments per quarter
- Onboard first partners, build relationships, generate leads, troubleshoot early friction
- Design the operational backbone: lead capture, CRM flow, partner payouts
- Negotiate partner agreements that are fair and protect unit economics
- Document what works and hand it over cleanly for the business to scale
Who You Are
- 2 - 4 years building new channels or driving growth at an early-stage startup
- Tier 1 Engineering graduate
- Has built channels from zero, without a playbook, and has results to show for it
- Has negotiated commercial agreements with a grasp of partner margins and ROI
- Doesn't stop at the first dead end, stays in it until there's a real answer
- Strong communicator and negotiator; Kannada fluency is a plus
