WHR.AI is building intelligence around where business happens in the physical world - events, trade shows, conferences, and real-world commercial ecosystems.
We’re looking for someone hungry, sharp, and AI-native who can help us find, reach, convince, and close the right customers. This is not a traditional sales role. You’ll combine business development, AI-powered outbound, market discovery, content creation, and problem solving to drive growth.
What you’ll do
- Identify high-potential customer segments and prioritize where WHR creates the most value
- Build AI-powered outbound workflows for prospecting, enrichment, outreach, and follow-up
- Run discovery calls, demos, and commercial conversations with prospects
- Understand customer pain points and map WHR solutions to them
- Identify product gaps, missing workflows, and market opportunities
- Create sharp content where needed - outreach assets, product explainers, use-case narratives
- Experiment with AI-generated videos, campaigns, and creative distribution to generate leads
- Ask the right questions to uncover hidden opportunities
- Work closely with product/data teams to shape better solutions
- Own deal momentum from first touch to closure
What we’re looking for
- 2-5 years experience in business development, growth, product-led GTM, or similar roles
- Strong comfort with AI tools, automation workflows, prompting, outbound systems, and modern GTM tooling
- Logical, structured thinker with an engineering mindset (technical degree is a plus, not mandatory)
- Strong communication and persuasion ability
- Comfortable creating content, demos, and lightweight growth experiments
- Curious, resourceful, high-agency problem solver
- Fast learner who thrives in ambiguity
- Hungry to create outsized impact
