As part of our next phase of growth, we are looking for an ambitious Growth & Distribution Manager to help expand our retail footprint, strengthen channel partnerships, and scale revenue across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand distributor and stockist networks across India
- Increase product presence across pharmacies, wellness stores, healthcare retail chains, supermarkets, and modern trade
- Drive territory expansion and revenue growth
- Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies
- Strengthen retailer and channel partner relationships
- Monitor market trends, competition, and growth opportunities
- Work closely with branding and marketing teams to support market expansion
- Achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in FMCG, OTC healthcare, wellness, pharma, or consumer products
- Strong understanding of retail and distribution ecosystems
- Proven track record in sales growth and market expansion
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial and execution-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel for business development activities
