Job Title: Marketing Data Analyst (Onsite)
Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra
Shift Timing: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Performance Marketing Analyst who can transform raw marketing data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing campaign performance, tracking KPIs, and supporting data-driven decision-making across teams.
Candidates must have prior experience analyzing digital marketing or performance marketing data (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Analyze data from multiple digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels
Track and measure KPIs including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates
Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
Generate actionable insights to improve marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness
Perform funnel analysis and support A/B testing initiatives
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports
Required Skills
Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation
Hands-on experience with Excel or Google Sheets
Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
Good understanding of performance marketing metrics and campaign analysis
Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and digital marketing platforms
Experience Required
1 to 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or Performance Marketing Analyst
Prior experience working with digital marketing, SaaS, or product-based companies is preferred
