The Mission: Precision Matching through Deep Data At Upzency, we are building a Strategic Intelligence Hub designed for the modern B2B landscape. We believe that the best business connections happen when buyers have access to high-quality, structured information.
Our platform goes beyond simple listings by offering a "Master Service Registry" that showcases the true DNA of an agency, their specialized service packages, geographic reach, and proven industry expertise. We are looking for a Remote Growth & Curation Manager to lead the expansion of this ecosystem and help us build the most comprehensive data-driven directory in the industry.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Expand the Registry: Proactively identify and engage high-tier agencies (Web Development, AI, IT Consulting, etc.) to join our global network.
- Data-Driven Onboarding: Partner with agency leaders to build rich profiles that highlight their case studies, unique service offerings, and industry-specific success stories.
- Enhance Searchability: Work with our data structure to ensure agencies are tagged accurately by location, industry, and service niche for precise buyer matching.
- Authority Building: Position the Upzency Registry as a premier source of "Information Gain," ensuring our platform remains a trusted resource for businesses worldwide.
- Ecosystem Growth: Foster long-term relationships with agencies, helping them leverage their Upzency profile to increase their visibility.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 4–6 years in Business Development, Growth Marketing, or Partnership Management.
- Ownership & Initiative: You are a self-driven professional who takes full responsibility for the registry's growth and thrives in an autonomous, remote environment.
- Detail-Oriented: You understand that high-quality data (like deep-dive case studies and specific filters) is what creates real value for a buyer.
- Result-Oriented: You are motivated by performance and enjoy hitting milestones for agency onboarding and profile quality.
- Strategic Communicator: You can articulate the value of a data-first platform to agency founders and directors clearly and professionally.
- Innovative Outreach: You enjoy finding creative, "non-generic" ways to engage with potential partners and build lasting professional relationships.
