Growth/CRM Manager

Salary: ₹35 LPA CTC
Working Days: 5 days a week
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement for our B2C and D2C consumer applications.
- Omni-Channel Management: Oversee and optimize customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless and integrated customer experience.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various platforms to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging CRM tools to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, or related roles, preferably in a consumer app environment.
- Proven experience in omni-channel management and campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
