- Product: Lumina – an AI wellness companion for people who spend long hours on laptops.
- Location: Remote (India-friendly hours)
- Type: Full-time (3-month probation period) → Path to founding team
- Compensation: upto Rs 60k fixed + Rs 1lac+ equity monthly

The RoleWe’re looking for a multi-talented Growth & Creative Lead. This is not a siloed role. You’ll be the driving force behind every app download.
You’ll work directly with the founders, company writer and have full autonomy. If you’ve ever wanted to build a brand from near-zero at an early-stage AI startup and see your work directly translate into downloads and retention, this is the role for you.
What You’ll OwnVideo Content & Storytelling
- Ideate, script, and publish short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form YouTube content (product walkthroughs, expert interviews, founder stories)
- Build repeatable content formats that compound over time
- Repurpose long-form into short-form clips using AI tools
- Target: multiple short-form videos per week + a consistent long-form cadence
Social Media
- Own Lumina's full social presence across video and image platforms
- Manage content calendar, paid campaigns, and community engagement
- Use AI to optimize posting cadence, track sentiment, and surface opportunities
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Build and manage a pipeline of micro and mid-tier creators in wellness, productivity, biohacking, and tech
- Secure authentic endorsements from physiotherapists and workplace wellness voices
- Own end-to-end: outreach → brief → content review → publish → performance tracking
What We’re Looking For- 2–5 years in social media, video content, or growth marketing at a startup or high-growth consumer brand
- Strong design sensibility and a sharp eye for trends
- Hands-on with AI video tools — Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, Flow, or similar
- Proven ability to grow organic audiences across social platforms
- Experience with performance marketing and paid social
- Data-driven mindset — you measure downloads, engagement, CAC, and retention, and act on them
- Experience with creating trending and punchy videos
- Self-starter: you don't wait for briefs, you spot opportunities and move
- Genuine interest in wellness, health-tech, or productivity
- Bonus: Experience with SEO/ASO and content-led acquisition
