We're Hiring: Growth Content Engineer
📍 Location: Gurugram

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month
At Maxinor Labs, we're looking for an AI-first Growth Content Engineer who can combine content, SEO, LinkedIn growth, and AI tools to build high-impact marketing engines.

What You'll Do
Content Creation & Growth
- Create high-quality content for LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop content calendars aligned with GTM strategies and business objectives.
- Research industry trends and produce thought leadership content.
- Collaborate with design and strategy teams to create impactful content assets.
LinkedIn Growth & Personal Branding
- Manage and grow company LinkedIn pages.
- Build and manage founder and leadership LinkedIn profiles.
- Create personal branding strategies for senior leadership.
- Drive organic audience growth, engagement, and visibility.
- Analyze performance and continuously optimize content strategy.
Search & Discovery
- Implement SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search.
- Coordinate technical SEO initiatives.
- Improve content discoverability across search and AI platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track content and campaign performance.
- Build weekly and monthly growth reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversions, and inbound lead generation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B content marketing, LinkedIn marketing, or growth marketing
- Experience with Canva or other design/content creation tools
- Familiarity with content scheduling platforms
