As a 'Growth Consultant,' you will be part of a rockstar SDR Team and drive the first conversation CEOs, founders and CFOs have with Recur Club. Your hustle, curiosity and story-telling will open doors for our Business Development teams to structure breakthrough debt solutions for India’s most exciting startups and SMEs. Key Responsibilities
- Own the top of the funnel: Research, identify, and prospect high-potential companies through cold calls, social selling, events, and inbound qualification.
- Run first-touch discovery: Engage with founders and finance leaders, uncover funding pain points, and pitch Recur’s capital platform with authority and enthusiasm.
- Qualify and hand off opportunities: Qualify, prioritize, and hand off warm opportunities to Capital Consultants, ensuring every lead enters the CRM with clear notes, next steps, and deadlines.
- Maintain a strong pipeline: Track activities, conversions, and experiments in the CRM while achieving weekly outreach and monthly targets.
- Act as the market microphone: Relay objections, feature requests, and sector insights to Product, Growth, and Underwriting teams to continuously improve offerings.
- Continuously upskill: Study capital market basics, lending products, and SaaS metrics to progress toward a Business Development role within 12–18 months.
