What We Do
We grow followers of our clients on their LinkedIn Profile, help them sign deals on LinkedIn through content and DMs.
What You'll Do
- Study and deeply understand the Ideal Client Profile (ICP) persona document before beginning outreach
- Build targeted lead lists using Clay and other prospecting tools
- Send ~10 personalized LinkedIn outreach messages per day (240/month)
- Craft simple, friendly, and professional messages tailored to each prospect's profile
- Find unique insights about each prospect to personalize outreach effectively
- Track and share daily reports on messages sent, responses received, and lead status
- Submit weekly reports summarizing outreach performance, reply rates, and key observations
- Provide monthly growth reports covering overall pipeline progress, conversion trends, and recommendations
- You will be given training on an in-depth understanding of ICP and Clay/Apollo
What We're Looking For
- Min. 1 year of experience in outreach copywriting
- Strong written communication skills clear, professional, and personable
- Ability to understand and work within a defined ICP framework
- Comfortable learning and using tools like Clay and LinkedIn
- Detail-oriented with a habit of maintaining clean records and reports
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
