Role Overview
As a Growth Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for senior software engineers who’ve shown interest in transforming their careers.
Your mission is to understand their journey, uncover their core challenges, and help them see whether our mentoring program is the right path for them.
This is a consultative, empathy-driven role — not a cold-calling or pushy sales position. You’ll speak with warm leads and guide them toward a Strategy Call with our Senior Mentor when it’s a genuine fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth conversations with senior engineers to understand their current situation, goals, and blockers.
- Whether their challenge aligns with what we solve
- Urgency and readiness to take action
- Financial ability and willingness to invest in their growth
- Present the Strategy Call as a meaningful step toward clarity and transformation — not a sales pitch.
- Maintain detailed notes, lead insights, and call outcomes in our CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and mentoring teams to enhance lead quality and messaging.
- Stay open to continuous feedback, learning, and growth — personally and professionally.
Who You Are
- You have 3–5 years of experience in consultative or inside sales, ideally in education, career coaching, or transformation-driven domains.
- You have strong conversational and listening skills — you can connect deeply and communicate clearly.
- You are empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and confident on the phone.
- You’re AI-savvy — you use tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Notion AI daily to improve efficiency and insight.
- You’re a lifelong learner — open to coaching, feedback, and improvement.
- You are based in or willing to work from our Bangalore office.(Near Jayadeva Hospital)
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in consultative sales or counseling roles.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Experience with CRM tools and AI productivity tools preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
