Happy Lil Hands is our children's creative learning brand focused on activity kits, personalized storybooks, and hands-on learning experiences.
We are building category-defining brands in the creative wellness space and are looking for a Growth & Community Manager to help us scale the retention loop.
Key Responsibilities
Community Building
- Build and manage Inkling & Co.'s customer community across WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Create monthly engagement calendars including challenges, contests, workshops and interactive activities.
- Develop ambassador and super-user programs.
- Drive participation and customer-generated content.
- Build systems that make customers feel connected to the brand.
Growth & Retention
- Improve repeat purchase rates through lifecycle campaigns.
- Create retention initiatives for existing customers.
- Launch referral and loyalty programs.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Develop cross-sell campaigns between product categories.
Content & Experimentation
- Work with content and creative teams to test:
- Hooks
- Messaging
- Community content
- UGC formats
- Viral growth concepts
- Develop hypotheses and run growth experiments.
- Maintain a growth experiment tracker.
Analytics & Insights
- Track key growth metrics:
- CAC
- Repeat Purchase Rate
- Community Engagement
- Referral Revenue
- UGC Volume
- Customer Retention
- Present weekly insights and recommendations.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years experience in Growth Marketing, Community Building, Retention Marketing, D2C Marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and online communities.
- Experience managing creator and influencer partnerships.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Comfortable working with tools such as Shopify, Meta, Google Analytics, WhatsApp Business, Klaviyo, etc.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly execution-focused and ownership-driven.
