Role Overview
The Growth & Collaborations Executive will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations, supporting cross-functional teams, and contributing to the execution of strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about making a difference in the healthcare space.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support:
- Assist in managing daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and collaborative projects.
- Maintain documentation, records, and databases.
Project Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of healthcare events, webinars, and campaigns.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliverables.
- Track project timelines and report progress to stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and suggest improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Assist in implementing new tools and systems for better operational management.
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Interest in the healthcare sector and a collaborative mindset.
