What you will be doing
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Analyze campaign data and scale high-performing campaigns
• Work on keyword strategy and audience targeting
• Collaborate on landing pages and conversion improvements
• Support SEO activities including keyword research, content alignment, and basic technical checks
• Track performance using Google Analytics and other tools
• Run A/B tests and continuously optimize campaigns
• Prepare performance reports with clear insights

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Google Ads or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization and scaling
• Experience working with data and making decisions based on performance
• Basic knowledge of SEO (on-page, keyword, content structure)
• Familiar with tools such as Google Ads, GA4, and tracking setup
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Good communication skills in English
