Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven professional to lead the growth of our Table Reservation Application. The candidate will be responsible for scaling the platform, onboarding restaurants, increasing user bookings, building partnerships, and creating strategies to establish the brand strongly in the market, similar to leading reservation platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth:
Develop and execute aggressive growth strategies for app expansion.
Increase table bookings, repeat customers, and app downloads.
Identify new markets and expansion opportunities.
Restaurant Partnerships:
Onboard premium restaurants, cafes, lounges, and chains.
Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers.
Negotiate commercial deals and promotional tie-ups.
User Acquisition & Marketing:
Plan digital marketing campaigns for customer acquisition.
Work with performance marketing, influencers, and brand teams.
Launch referral programs, offers, and loyalty campaigns.
Operations & Revenue:
Build monetization models (subscription, commission, ads, premium listings).
Track KPIs such as bookings, CAC, retention, GMV, revenue.
Improve customer and restaurant experience.
Product & Strategy:
Coordinate with tech team for app improvements.
Suggest features based on market demand.
Analyze competitor strategies like reservation platforms.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in scaling consumer apps or marketplaces.
Experience in restaurant/hospitality ecosystem preferred.
Strong networking with restaurants.
Growth hacking mindset.
Data-driven decision making.
Team handling and leadership skills.

Ex-Zomato / Swiggy / Dineout / EazyDiner / FoodTech / Startup Growth Teams.
Salary: Depending upon the experience
