Job Title: Growth & Business Development Manager
Location: Meera Bai Marg, Hazratganj, Lucknow – 226001
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Role Overview
The Growth & Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing leads, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. The role focuses on building a strong pipeline of potential clients, understanding brand requirements, and presenting tailored solutions that align with the company’s services.
This position plays a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence while ensuring that new client relationships translate into sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients to understand their brand needs, expectations, and marketing objectives.
- Manage the complete lead lifecycle, including lead qualification, follow-ups, nurturing, and deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal strategy and creative teams to structure customised proposals and solutions for clients.
- Present services, brand strategies, and project scopes to prospective clients clearly and professionally.
- Maintain strong client communication and relationship management to ensure trust and long-term collaboration.
- Work closely with the operations and strategy teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handoverafter conversion.
- Track leads, conversations, and opportunities systematically to maintain an organised sales pipeline.
- Stay informed about market trends, brand needs, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the company’s revenue targets and growth strategies through proactive client acquisition and conversion.

- Must have worked in an Production house, creative studio, digital marketing agency, or any type of creative marketing company

- Experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development, preferably in marketing, branding, media, or creative industries.
- Ability to build professional relationships and represent the company confidently.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction.
